Still don't think EQ is fixed after the magic changes. I was about 100k KS and caster was mid 60s I believe at time of casting. I have 3.5 schools per land with 43k wizards and it still did the full 15% of my buildings. If offensive magic is capped at 2.5 schools and there's supposed to be scaling reduction of effectiveness as the target grows in KS relative to the caster, how is it possible to do the max in this scenario? I know Thane did tests on Fireball and it seemed to work as intended, but this proves that there's still something off with EQ. I don't care that the EQ went through, but given the number of schools I'm running along with KS differential it should have factored a little bit into how many buildings were destroyed (especially considering he did 3 separate casts before one was successful). The coding has to be incorrect somewhere, or if this is how EQ is intended to be after the changes I would like to hear how you are supposed to be able to defend against it.
