Jets I’m not upset at this suggestion I hope it gets legs. Also I’ve reconsidered my position on razing and canceling buildings. I say no money back ie wood or iron for destroyed buildings it’s not like it’s 2025 where there’s a recycling plant down the street we can take our cans and bottles to, most of it gets smashed or looted. If you want a tech for recycling that’s a good idea.
For techs I’m ok with getting some gold back as it’s a major investment and to cancel is quite a time sink. But I agree with jets here that maybe start at 25% and tech can bring it to 50%
