Should Strategy 0 = No Strategy?

I believe in the past that strategy 0 was no strat, and archer prot was strat 1.

Agreed or am I delusional?

Jules Yes, I checked the original assets, 0 means no strat, I tweaked it, now it shows 0.

Low priority for sure. I strategies were titled for the race, I'm orc so " rushee attack" " slinger protection". Unsure on the others I think it was the same as it sits.
