Beast's attempt to manipulate the market and arbitrage Food failed miserably. As I predicted, the market wasn't willing to buy the food at his artificial price, and soon the producers refilled the market and drove the price back down to 3gp.

It was a bold move, and he could have possibly won if someone was desperate for the food to pay his rate - unfortunately for him the market recovered and his plan buckled under the pressure.

Beast could have attempted to continue buying out the cheap offers to control the price - but it's like they say "the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent" 🤣

When looking at the history, it says sell 1000 wood but I bought 1000 wood.

Jets idk, maybe that's a old order or something. I saw/fixed that shortly after making the announcement, should show the right description to show what you did. Idk if the fix was backwards compatible.

Realized(filled) passive orders show opposite of what the action is.

When somoene put a passive buy order, for instance buying 1000 food @ 1g, the realization of this order goes to to filled orders as below. Same for passive sell orders. Active orders are ok.

Sell - Food - 1000 - 1gp - May 20 12:09

Not enjoying the round tbh, but this was a very good addition. I'd say, while we have a very low amount of players, maybe add some resources sold by 'The Game' at an higher rate. I'd rather pay more than paying direct enemies which now is every other player.

Jaxx a base system seller is a good idea! Based on player generated sale data, I'd probably set the food at 50gp and wood/iron at 100. More expensive, but unlimited availability... Keeping in mind that in a real round Gold will be much more accessible, as players wont be spending such a large majority on techs.

I put numeric inputs in the market, is there some other inputs that need it somewhere? I haven't looked into it elsewhere, but I saw TheKeeper did on some places.

Also, please fix the numeric inputs on mobile, its been a huge pain.

Numeric inputs should be everywhere now, plus the default 0 automatic disappear 👍

@Lord Thane thank you , was really having a hard time with the inputs everytime i was on my phone.

Yes, its a tricky situation than can be abused but you can be on top of it for now. When we have enough players or sense some abuse, just remove. Specially with so few players and already having 2 factions fighting eachother all the time i'd rather not buy from the players im trying to fight.
