King Haybol idk if I would say that. The open market will find out how much MP is worth naturally. Right now we might think it's worthless, next week it might be worth 10gp.

i just cast blessing on myself with a little over 6:1 MP. Pretty sweet as a dwarf. I'm getting more than 30k gold per tick extra now, for 12 hours. So 1000 MP is worth at least 360k gp to me, I might pay 15-20 gp each.

    Lord Thane

I assume whatever to you willing to spend, It would only be about half that amount to consider the failure rate in case you need to cast twice (or three if unlucky)…. But yea people will decide and especially not casting races will decide the rate.

I am also curious what the rate of MP generation is from casting. If it is significantly worse, elves would just cast directly instead of making the potion. If it takes 6 wizards to make 1 MP…. Mind as well just cast with 6 wizards directly… I don’t know the creation rate at the moment (and whether it can fail).

Consider giving elves a buff on MP generation? So far, casting doesn't seem to be worth the dip in build space and KS bump having that many wiz. I wonder if it wpukd actually pencil out better to replace 2 schools per land with resource buildings and just sell in market.

Havent tested offensive spells yet but self spells are about a wash vs running more mines or mills and selling the extra.

I like the thought of making a building - call it an Apothecary , that generates Potions.

Nolio that would be nice, I'd make some buildings to generate that... But, I wouldn't want to so directly compete against the casters - since MP's main purpose is to give them a way of selling magic in the Market.

x4 ~ x6 casting using MP shared in our GC all failed. He lost huge amount of golds just to buy this in the market. 😅😅😅

King Haybol I used 1000 mp to cast blessing on my 164 land. Succeeded two times now, and im dwarf.

I think you must be getting really unlucky rolls of the dice lol

I used 6:1 MP for a bless and it worked, my province mate used 6:1 and it failed

I am curious what the success rate is

            King Haybol

Dwarves have a 40% magic resistance and gnomes have a 35% magic resistance as per game guide. Means it is harder to cast on these races.
Suggested number of wizz for Bless is 12 per your land.
Trying with 6x max was a bad gamble even with 15% elven bonus that MP provides.

            Nolio

Depends on your race and also there is considerable luck factor involved.

Leo My race is Gnome, mates is Elf

MP acts as though you have all spell tech too, so that gives you a % success improvement.

I casted blessing as dwarf with 6.1:1, success. Twice in a row success.

If I failed my 3rd attempt 6:1, then I might start trying 7:1 to fine tune it for my cost to cast.

                Nolio

As a rough estimation 6:1 MP on gnome would fail at least 50% of the time, probably more than that. Consder yourself lucky .

As a rough estimation 6:1 MP on elf would fail around 20% of the time, probably less than that. That was a very unlucky roll for him. If it keeps happening report it as a potential bug.

As a Gnome, I used another 6:1 MPs for a blessing on myself and it worked again. So if it is a probability of about 50%, then I just hit the 25% luck. I'll keep testing at 6:1 as a gnome and see

As an elf I used a little under 10:1 MP for a blessing and failed. My schools are only 1:1, so I don’t know if that matters.
