Normally your ranting is incoherent and childish (which the Arab part is, no surprise)but maybe the market should be closed during protection or at the least set a minimum amount to sell at?
Not enough full provinces so it’s just going to put those with 8 in power positions by helping each other with resources.

We suggested closing the market for initial protection. We were told no. That means the devs probably thought it’s ok to use it to technically “send aid”. If not, I still say close it for IP. No need for trading during IP.
