Muh Dude Lord Thane True true. I've always felt uncomfortable being anywhere north of 25 land per castle. And these new rounds I've been ending up more in the 15 range to lessen the losses
Strider Lord Thane tbh, starting all kingdoms at 10 castles makes the most sense. Everyone can jump into skirmishes oop and you dont lose 2 weeks of progress from a singke hit. I think it would help the pacing and offer the exact same benefit.
saadht Strider Have you considered the impact of crime rate so early in the game? If we follow this proposal, crime rate should rise by 1 per castle only after the 10th castle. Otherwise good luck with your economy.
CyberPtra saadht I think the suggestion was for 10 castles + 100 land start with some basic buildings built (maybe half) and run some time to adjust…. Maybe initial pro is only 60 hours. So crime is countered by the resources of 100 land.
trupheus CyberPtra yes part of my original idea here was to just straight up 10x everything a kingdom gets today and cut initial protection in half when they create an account.
Jaxx Just like i posted on another thread there are some mechanics that dont make much sense anymore imo. Crime rate hits hard on initial protection. Why would you build GH on the first 80 hours? And why would you have problems building 210 gh when you have 300 land? Some mechanics shouldnt be so static i guess.
Nolio @Lord Thane Can you clarify something please? I remember you saying that if you retaliate on a kingdom that you do not get CLI protection. Is that the case?
Lord Thane Nolio anytime you win a castle as an attacker you should get cli, including retals. If you lose the retal or only get land then it wouldn't kick in.
