Highly recommend the audiobook Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman. It’s a science fiction/fantasy litrpg where Earth has been destroyed and the remaining people who managed to make it into the various tunnels underground have to survive each level. There’s magic, combat, comedy, too much to list. Rated 5 stars!! Please give it a try! It is amazing ❤️

AdinTheDark absolutely!! When I see someone post that they are reading these books, I tell them that they have to listen to it. The narration is superb!

Strider

Just started wheel of time after finishing stormlight archive and entire mistborn saga.

Strider I have been wanting to start Mistborn, but had been eager to start this series based on the ratings and reviews. I’m so glad I chose this one first. Already on book 2 chapter 14.

Cora I found Mistborn to be a really fun trilogy! Wheel of Time is one of my all time favs, and currently I'm reading through The First Law by Joe Abercrombie, it's also really good. And I've been looking into starting Malazan as the next project, but it does feel a bit daunting.

Nolio I've read all the books in the first law universe. So damn good.
I thought the quality of WoT dropped when Sanderson took over, tho it could just be the writing styles were to different for me.
I could never get through all of Malazan

Nolio The Malazan series is on my TBR. It’s supposed to be an epic read, but I’ve heard it can be rather daunting.

Nolio I kept going with mistborn after the trilogy all the way through, whatever that is... 9 books?

Not as good as stormlight archive but still good

Cora looking through the book list, i did read the whole main series. but theres so many off shoots. i wouldnt recommend reading it in one go. its alot lol

Gah. Sci-fi has a pretty face problem the acting in the first couple seasons was horrible. Yes I watched all of it and it started getting better near the end. The show wasn’t even half as good as the books. Doesn’t need to be perfect but come on. The pacing was weird till it got canceled and picked up again

DougEfresh really hard to beat Expanse at the things it's good at, which is a lot of things, but I would say Foundation would be a good contender. Waiting eagerly for season 3 to come out next month!
