Circling back on this, I did some looking at the TS the other day and can confirm there's already an accuracy scale built in.
The more wizards you use the more accurate the data will be.
It can be off by a factor of almost double +/-, so you don't really want to try casting it with as few wizards as possible, as that will optimize your used wiz per TS while also giving you pretty useless results.
This sure does make the idea of buying a TS interesting. You never know if your caster is giving you a high quality high powered TS or a garbage minimum spend TS.
I wonder how many attacks bounced or how many attacks were never sent, all based on TS's that were cast with the bare min wizards to be successful - resulting in highly distorted results lol
