Lord Thane All races in their homeland get a buff to birth rate. And there's also small resource buffs that can be beneficial to the race.

Lord Thane Strider we haven't published anything specific, just a vagueness to encourage diversity in the provinces again. In the test round it was like 90% lithar. It's nice to see classic provinces formed up again.
