Honestly they seem pretty balanced but the racial tech is absolute trash. 175 hours for 1 range feels really bad imo. That’s my only criticism so far. Maybe gold upkeeps are a tad high but the market compensates for that. Haven’t really tested the caragous at all because i see caragous and assume it’s ass. Maybe not making the caragous mounted to cut the cost a bit and not have 3 mounted units? All the thoughts i have right now, if I think of anything else i will let you know.

@TheKeeper My 5 cents:

Undead range/short is poor:
Replace caragous by a new unit🙁no one uses or who does just waste resources)
Replacement:
Necromancers: 1Cursed Lance or bow+ 1 armour, for 1 defence and 1 range or short damage. Low cost and weak unit giving the necromancy feel to the race.
Eco what is mentioned earlier 175h research time for the racial tech 1 short or range damage is quite disappointing. Necromancy powers for the dark Knight would be more suitable. Like a 100% survival rate on a chances basis. Variance between 0-100%.
Change to the Swarm of Death strategy.
Restore so the blades recent change to still apply for skeletons as it did for all races including on this strategy.
SL to skip range and short damage.
SL to receive 50% additional damage.
All units receive little to no extra damage.
This being a Swarm of death where you send SL to death.
Replacing caragous with another more expensive unit but again with range or short damage.
Making traing speeds faster for other units. Apart of SL others are very slow.

Add a short range immunity for the SL, so they can do their job as a fodder.

You cant just make SL immune to everything lol they have a hard counter in orc, thats good, thats healthy for the game. Undead counters ranged armies very well, probably better than any other race in the game. If you Undead players had more ranged players to target you would be feeling much better about them.

Don't even bother - no matter what you say there's an excuse for why it's out of their control. They had the same issue with Orc - that race sucked too when R8 got demolished. There's no helping them - just let them do their own thing. they are incapable of taking feedback.

For those complaining about the undead racial tech… elf is worse. Ice storm? lol. Buy MP and instantly countered. Shadow hall? Sounds great until you find out you can cast it once a day using all your mages and put them at half efficiency. Mages do not get the ability to cast kingdom spells as your wizards normally do. Instead you use all your mages to cast a spell one spell at a tome. Then they rest an entire day. Reported as bug. Not a bug. “ Mages don't cast like wizards, they can only cast one spell at a time as a group.”

I mean, 1 extra range on your top unit is pretty weak. Compared to every other race minus elf, it is extremely underwhelming. Anyone complaining about anything should probably just put the disclaimer that elf has it worse off - they just seem to be in a really bad spot and need a major overhaul.

trupheus Yah I was very disappointed after getting the elf racial. Total flop imo, shadowhall is nice but definitely not worth over a week of tech time. And like you said the other spell being countered by a fucking GC? Extremely bad

Each time the Undead will attack, though you manage to get a win but you lost too much.
That's an upper feed BR against 152k KS while I'm 120k.

We won 1 Castle(s) sorrounded by 26 lands.
In this lands are also constructed : 7 Advanced Training Center , 28 Farm , 5 Forge , 22 Guard House , 0 Guard Tower , 68 House , 20 Market , 20 Medical Center , 5 Mill , 13 Mine , 0 School , 13 Training Center ,

In this lands also lived 10366 people who are gratefull to join our Kingdom.

We managed to kill : 508 Knight 1475 Infantry 893 Pikeman 81 Heavy Infantry 834 Archer 417 Mounted Archers

But we lost : 614 Dark Knight 9797 Skeletal Legion 1430 Wraith Pikeman 801 Abomination Caragous 1831 Phantom Archer 927 Wraith Rider

No Strat. I only use Swarm against Gnome and Elf, No Strat on other races.

Why do you have so few legions and run swarm? That causes other units to take more damage.

I used No Strat mate. It's sad having this too much of a damage though I'm happy I manage to get my castle back. But I don't think its all worth it. Now I have to rebuild everything because what I have left is like 3% of what I sent.

Thought you didn’t use swarm? From the losses it looks like you did - highly advise against that when attacking with lots of non legion units.

I'm not, as I was saying I don't use Swarm against other races.. Maybe I should try that one perhaps it changed abit.

I do agree, but thats all I can rebuild in 24hrs, sadly took it all in just 1 attack, it will take time to rebuild all of that again.

Had to test this. 1 elf wiz (assume same for all races) is .5 KS.

I’m almost done compiling the list of what every building gives for KS. It might lead to some interesting discussion.
