This is really awesome. Played around with it a bit. Amazingly detailed. I'm going to rattle off a bunch of observations.
Everything does full damage • Global: All battle damage is reduced by 0.65× for game balance.
Farfighting is only doubling the Gnomes long range damage, all long range damage is doubled.
Quick Retreat, what does this do? • Retreats if army falls below 35% of original strength (normal: 17.5%)
Caragous are a unique unit in that their damage scales based on the ratio of Caragous/enemy army count. Appears to be they are a static 10/11 unit. The exact workings are a mystery, but in the neighborhood of 50% would be needed for those stats.
I think would be a great addition would be adding in spells, Grow Crop, Blessing, Firewall, God Bless.
I think the most common use for this would be simulating battles, where the most relevant things are upgrades and troops not necessarily the full details of the kingdom, could those be made optional? Trying to plug in my army I couldn't until I increased land and changed the GH ratio to have enough GH space. Also maybe make the sections collapsable?
