Castle Chancification

I remember this being talking about quite a bit before. Is it going to still scale to 100% at 10 or is it going to be 100% at 5?

100% 5
80% 4
60% 3
40% 2

I hope that's changed, last round the grind to 10 castles was brutal.

And the 20 castle jump was brutal
