Xliest That's the whole point. If you don't drop enough KS, then you are in range of people who still have most of their militaries and will probably smoke you the second you are out of pro. That's half of the problem that happens right now.
Who gives a shit about "oh my KS dropped more", you should want that if you have no military. If you are sitting at 1000 land and 250k ks, with no military, then you have no chance against 90% of the players in your range. So you get hit, then hit again, and again, and again, each time you are out of protection, until your economic buildings are depleted enough you are in range of people with similar militaries as you.
Problem is that takes a week or more.
