Same issue as troops and pop. My wizzies pissed me off so I smashed all my schools. Still have wizzies and -space. I did end up just disbanding my wizzies but I have -85 space and 85 on train but they never actually train. They should train at 1 per castle and disband as they train with 0 schools.
