Wasn't there a minimum of buildings per ticket you could build based off of how many castles you had?

Jules no that's max land percastle. I'm talking about a building. Being able to build a building without population, wasn't there A minimum that one building could be built for every castle that you have built? Reason why i'm asking is cuz, I pulled a boner.lol i destroyed all my buildings. The tick happened all my population died, and I can't build my buildings back the way I want.lmfao

Could someone maybe build my buildings for me? I could probably use a few hours of protection so I can actually play again? I mean, yeah, I made a boner move. But I thought the boner move was something that was in old tharferr, apparently it was in a different game cta. Please help me oh gods of thardferr. Still can't do anything. No population to build buildings do to my mistake.
