I've got plenty of housing available and yet woke up to this. Is anyone else having this problem following the troop dump we got?

Regrettably, due to insufficient Guard Houses, the harsh winter took 11465 of our precious soldiers, succumbing to the merciless cold.
Sadly, with too few Schools built, the severe winter claimed 53 of our valued Wizards, lost to the bitter cold.
