According to the game guide gnome have fast weapon speed and elves have slower weapon speed.
Gnome and elves are gaining 2 weapons a tick at optimal.
I'm not sure other races. But that doesn't seem right

    Hmm, can you talk to me like a 3 year old so I can look at it for you? I have never struggled on weapons as an orc so if this is true, perhaps I shouldn't be making weapons as easily

    Put your pop on optimal and divide the weapons you make by your forges

      DougEfresh I was just getting ready to make a post about this. Check out the math I did in our chat.. but a quick run down...

      Gnomes at optimal pop in blacksmithing...

      2 weapons per forge..
      I have 25 land right now.. I have 10 TCs

      I can make 111 RT and mil also 4 inf...

      That would take.... 55 forges to make 1 hour of troops....

      111÷2= 55.5

      That's over 2 forges per land..

      Now I'm not the brightest crayon in the box here but.. THAT SUCKS!! why have me be able to make so many RT and Mil when I indeed CAN'T!! The numbers for armory for gnomes suck as well! Matter of fact I feel all resourses suck. For the cost or armory. I'm sure some if not all would agree here!!

      Just got word from a human that they are also making 2 per forge at optimal

      Jets so the slow forging race is making them faster than the fast races?

        DougEfresh glad I could help! I never looked into it, but I definitely felt like I was doing pretty great especially if it was 50% boosted 😂

        I would love to do anything I can to ensure that the humans get improved and get even better!

          Lord Thane fuck humans! There I said it… lol but honestly this is another core system that seems to have been overlooked in the game. Let’s set normal weapon speed ie humans to 3, gnomes to 6, maybe undead to 5, don’t know if this is what they want, but elves and orcs 2 each and dwarves at 4… not like they can afford to build 4 weapon per forge army anyways.

            TheKeeper no it’s not a bug you’re right it’s just not working as intended.

            TheKeeper they're saying everyone is getting the same number of units built at the same speed, no racial bonuses are being honored. In the guide it says gnome/dwarf have fast armory, orc/elf have slow armory. But all races seem to have the same armory speed = 2 per forge at optimal.

            dwarf with techs is 2.4

            does crime rate affect it?

              Wild Dogs no crime should not affect this number

              TheKeeper elves are so backwards anyways it doesn’t, I did not have trouble keeping up with weapons per army at a reasonable amount o TC’s so this should not affect us unless you plan to cuck us harder by deducting past 2:1 weapon per forge… I think Al numbers should be up for tweaking anyways this round.

              TheKeeper I guess elf doesn't have to have a change, if we make 3 normal speed (human/undead), 4 fast speed (gnome/dwarf), 2 slow speed (elf/orc). Then elf/orc would just be stuck at current speed, and everyone else gets a boost.

              The poor humans will finally get some help with faster forge speed 😂
