No castles gained when hitting below 75% your own strength. Especially if CLI goes through you wouldn't be able to get a friend to help break them. I would bet in well over half my defenses, I was 50-70% the attackers size. Even after the penalty was put in. I like the % penalty. It helps. But in the end you still lose a big chuck of your kingdom and they'll rebuild any lost troops faster cause they're (up to) 2x your size.. Plus several people have shamelessly stated that since there's still a penalty, might as well max it out. Cause "stra-tuh-jee" .. Well then, lets change the stakes.

This is a pretty good idea, the only change I would make is to make it a % chance, something like 50/50 chance you can win a castle hitting below 70%. It's better than a straight cap.

    But what if the hit was unsuccessful in getting a castle? You attack and do not gain a castle, but then you get hit back and 100% to lose castle

      CyberPtra that's the risk of attacking. It's unpredictable. Nothing should be a guarantee otherwise everything can be exploited.

      the idea was even if you are successful at attacking, only 50% chance of getting castle…. But 100% chance lose castle if you fail defence. So less incentive to attack first.
