How about giving rewards for example reaching a certain kills gives rewards. Reaching a certain castle, kingdom strength, etc... this will make the game more fun..

    This isn’t a terrible idea. Kingdom achievements like “Build a certain number of houses and gain 1000 gold.”

    It could also be used to guide newer players towards playing a basic “beginner” build by setting the achievement goals in that manner.

    Other advanced achievements include having 7:1 schools at any point, gaining X, building 100 buildings in a single tick, or killing 25,000 peasants with a fireball, just to throw a few random ones out there. .

    The bonus we used to receive daily was quite nice. It involved a quick ad, and in exchange, we received a bonus of gold, wood, iron, and food based on the strength of our kingdom. I used to click it just before the last tick of the 24-hour period to maximize the bonus.

    I understand that Thane and Keeper were discussing the idea of creating a technology tree that allows for further customization of your kingdom build. Achievements could potentially simplify this process.

    Lord Thane Count me in, we have enough data whithin statistics and logs to implement it easily, maybe with "badges" instead resource rewards like modern games, also we can implement "profiles" to make achievements public, and "Achievements" HOF

        Adamastor , unless something changed from last round. Army takes no food, so you can run in low farm build. You have to have hight forge rate to keep up with SL production. And swarm of death can be a good strategy against gnomes. Not much mere to it compared with other races. Army is a bit weak in my opinion. But great addition to the game overall I think, and can be a good race if you have a good strategy.

          Adamastor magic same as others, that spell is an offence spell so use with caution as I think you will give a retal away.

          If I remember correctly magic buff/debuff same as orc.

          Swarm is a trap against anything but Gnome imo. Be wary of anything with short range damage.

          Find someone to buy MP from and bless yourself. Get ready to spend all the gold.

          CLI longer than the failed defense protection seems like a good reward.

          Unsure if I'm my memory failing, but believe in one of the previous versions there was a reward system.

          • this could bring revenue for the devs
          • and speed the game a bit, while it could add a bit to the game strategy when to use it

            Sinnywinks back then it was just a gp dump, something pretty significant though to make going there worth it - like 25k gp I think.
