Ok, So I have full military home I am 40k ks, this elf is 30k ks and somehow wipes out my entire standing army at home with little to no military losses.
On June 21, 2025 at 12:55:02:

My Lord, my Lord, we were invaded by Astronaut at Edilar-13! Enemies are upon us. They took everything what they could, our troops were unable to defend our kingdom. We must do something now!

We lost 0 Castle(s) sorrounded by 22 lands.
In this lands are also constructed : 9 Advanced Training Center , 22 Farm , 7 Forge , 20 Guard House , 0 Guard Tower , 60 House , 19 Market , 0 Medical Center , 20 Mill , 20 Mine , 0 School , 9 Training Center ,

In this lands also lived 6497 people who left our Kingdom.

We managed to kill : 149 Mage 176 Swordman 145 Lanceman 1 Caragous 156 Archer 165 Elite Archer

But we lost : 1520 Shadow Warrior 297 Rusher 848 Slother 784 Wolf Master 1020 Slinger 128 Axe Thrower

So explain this BR to me please......

You have no ranged units - elf has alot of range. Shadow warriors get slaughtered by elf.

Korn Wow that's a lot of SW. You will win if the strat is Surrounding. Elf couldn't do much with this strat.

While that certainly could be the case it’s kind of unlikely there that there’s that much long range damage. Not impossible though just improbable that an elf can inflict that much damage in long range when hitting a kingdom 33% larger.

Only way to know for sure is to run calculations with the attacking army vs defending army. We already know the defending army. If you would be so kind as to log in on your elf account and tell us the returning we can get this solved.

You have to balance your troops my friend. I dont know if im correct or not. But SW/WF/AT should be like 50% of the amount of your rusher.

Lets just say your rusher equivalent to 100% amount. 50% of the amount of rusher should be the ATC units. 70% of slother and 70% slinger compared to rusher. Thats how i did. And im fine with that kind of mix troops. But dont know if it is really effective. I hope so.

The size difference is being exaggerated. I was almost 37k and he was 42k. And this BR is lining up with my experience from last round as an orc player vs elf

Plus the size difference becomes even more irrelevant if you factor in techs as I'm getting longer ones done now so if the orc has 2-3 techs on me that's a few thousand KS right there.

You are mostly ATC units which is fine against dwarf/human but against a ranged army if you got no fodder to absorb that damage your weak defence ATC is gonna get slaughtered

Lord Thane lol yah I definitely don't feel like elf has a weak army at all. Not the best sure but me and my prov have been able to handle our own I would say. Probably a different story if there was a bunch of dwarves around though

I shouldn't bother trying, but some will be able to understand this.

If you look ahead to when SB/LA/HA have been researched, it's very clear in the data that Elf is the bottom of the totem pole. We're not there yet this round but we will get there.

Below is single-number production efficiency purely based on stat efficiency per 1000 gold. This converts all iron and wood costs to 100:1 to get every unit into gold cost. The market will go up and down which can sway these numbers some, but you can always buy at that rate.

What this means across all Human units, you get 42.96 points worth of combat power (attack + defense + ranged) per 1000 gold spent.

This isn't the end all be all either, one of the beauties of Thardferr is that matchups make fights. Think of it as rock, paper, scissors with the strengths and weaknesses of Orc/Gnome/Dwarf/Elf, and then the nuke is Human. Orc is good vs Dwarf. Dwarf is good vs Gnome and Elf. Gnome and Elf are good vs Orc. Gnome vs Elf is a blood bath.

I’ll be able to do it later. Not at home right now. The fluctuations in cost are going to obviously make a difference. That’s why I went with the guaranteed 100:1 from the vendor. There’s many variables that start to really complicate the entire thing especially considering every kingdom can be run different. I’ll keep playing around with it because this is like a fun version of work for me. Other things to figure out how to incorporate, “typical” train rate, racial bonuses, forge speed.

Good question. Assuming 4/4 base. Then with full SB and HA. They’re a wildcard though as we all know they scale up or down.

Ok, maybe this would mean you sent 2000 mages more or less.

Still an elf with 2000 mages at 30k ks, seems a bit excessive. It's possible but excessive.

This is a simplistic analysis but this is what leads me to think you had that many mages, which would be unsustainable at this stage. Maybe I'm wrong but this is my crude analysis. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

Also what you lost had a defense of 2,720.
The orc's attack should have been 10 times that.
So your mages hid in Melee, that's what I'm thinking. Or your mages killed all the SW in range phase, which indicates 2000 mages.
