trupheus it doesn't necessarily have to be the kind of annoying push notifications you're thinking of. We could do something much less intrusive, like just put a 🔥 in the corner of the screen wherever you are in-game to alert there's new news. We could then break the news up into a tabbed section that's filterable to views news by attacks, magic, other notifications. Lots of fun options there.
The other kind of notification system, push notifs that show up in your phone even if you're not on Thardferr, we can do that too, in fact I can support up to 300k subscribers on that for free via a deal I have with another company, and we can make that totally optional if people want to enable it for desktop/mobile... But like Keeper said, it's a lot to develop, but definitely in keeping with modernization efforts we should make it available eventually 🙂
