Ok, so here goes what i think it should change in the game overall.
I've played many thardferr versions so i say what i belive were good on other times.
Keep in mind that every race has limitations, but in the end usually a human wins, or most of them are on the top.

Make the medical centers usefull. We all love making troops and we all get very upset when we lose everything. Make it so with 1 MC per land you can revive up to 50% of the army. If you are the attacker, the troops revived will come when your army returns. If you gate, they will come when the regular time army arrives. If you are the defender, they will come in some tics, some every tic, maybe up to 10 overall. This will grant, both the attacker and the defender a chance to fight or fight back;
-Dwarf- Get Shieldbearer 1 melee attack. Those huge shields are very powerfull, so hitting someone with them would deal some damage. (this was made in other version of tharferr).
Elf- The Caragous should be a defensive unit, and so grant them real defensive numbers, maybe around 8 defence points. The attack you chose something you like.
Gnome- Reduce the cost of plank and nails, and reduce the cost of Catapults and Balista. (this was made before);
Human - Dont see much need of change;
Orc- Release the Troll. Change the Axe Thrower unit, and change for a Axe Troll. This huge creature comes from the deeps of the realm. They are strong creatures who star in the back of the batle and throw their axes from far away, giving them some 3 of range. Althoug they are strong, they are not very efective in close fight, so they take 4 melee attack. But they are big and powerfull, they can take real damage, and stand firm, so around 8 to 10 in defence and 1 enforced leather armor or 2.
Undead- Someone said "its a race for the experienced". No experience can help you if your units are bad. Forget the Abomination caragous, and behold the Abomination Troll. This unit is made of the corpses of dead orchich trolls. The come with some costs, but like the orc ones they can take real damage, and can stand some 8 to 10 damage. Using the mounts they can deal real damage, somewhere around 4 to 6.
Also undead. If the units dont eat food, why does everthing else eat? Makes no real sence to me. The shadow legion takes 2 people to deal 1 of damage and 1 defence. Either use only 1 people, or increase the defence to 2.
This are my ideas. Many of you may not agree, and say, thats not thardferr, thardferr is about weakness and strong of the races. Ok, that was old thardferr, this has already taken many changes, so some different and maybe good ideas could bring new people back, either you want it or not, its us the "old ones" who are playing now.

Adamastor Great ideas! giving more power to MC I'm not sure, but if you help me with the name of a building to "recycle" weapons would be great, also the conditions. (maybe technology?)

I don't like the idea of mixing trolls with orcs, BUT we can add Trolls as a playable race in the future (Believe me, it's really easy to add a new race)

I agree with Caragous fixed def, they are really expensive, and they need to be at 1:1 to be real monsters.

Gnome:_ Check new building

Undead: We have a lot of players with undead now, We need to gather feedback, they consume food because the general population are alive, more like cattle for their rulers, and serve as sacrifice to "make" units, rather tha train them

But, I can't do changes to units right now, I'll put them in the next round

I forgot. Make Shadow Warriors really hide, how come so many are dying, they should have a higher hiding chance.
About undead i also forgot to ask for an increase of trained units per ATC and TC, cause it takes forever to fill GH.

btw, Also we have in mind a new set of technologies for more customization, finally @DougEfresh will have the mass production on his armories he want

My point about the troll is making an orc defence unit. Call it what you want, but every race has 1 strong defence unit. So orc and undead should have 1 too. You talk about recolect wepons, its good, but if your units get revived you dont need so many weapons. If you want a name for the building or recolect call it recicle center, althoug i think its more efective the revive than the recolect. All i pointed qas to make it on the next round. For medical center, you can make them now revive 25% and with a very expensive med tec they can take the 50% back. Im playing undead since the beguining, and yrust me, they are really bad in the the early round and not better in the middle, we'll see at the end. About the other points i've made in other races, what is your tought?

MCs at 1:1 and 20% feels better than the old 2:1. Any more than that and I think it just feels too easy. It’s war, it should hurt some. Right now in a defense with 1:1 MCs 36% of your army lives if your defending army would have been zeroed. I’ve seen many retal quickly and take their castle back while also gaining 24 hours of CLI.

Orc is a race centered around attacking. I don’t know that it fits their theme to add a defensive unit. This just makes them more like everything else and less like orc.

Caragous, yeah I know they’re really ridiculously strong in the perfect scenario. But they’re just expensive trash otherwise. Higher base stat and lower scaling?

Cats and bals take 5 and 4 population. The cost is in line with that. They’re also pretty stronk.

Humans I would love to see 1 base defense taken away. They gain so much defense with techs.

Undead is tough. Doable. But tough. Don’t fall into the legion trap. Also no idea what’s special with undead caragous.

Make it a poll for the medical center idea. Also with orcs based on attack, why cant they have a defense unit? We are not playing real d&d, so i dont see the point of not having different units. Ask anyone playing, or who has played if they dont trade any unit for a strong defensive unit. The keeper made many changes some i agree more than others, some were voted by the players. Let us ear their ideas.
