I am concerned about the amount of mid round changes. I haven’t been on the forums much. As far as I knew changing races and provs was impossible. At the very least I think when a change is made kingdoms should be give a notice directly.

We try to add some sitewide messages when there's something major, but also note that we put all game related changes in the changelog too, it's handy to check out once in a while to stay up to date:

Lord Thane I mean all changes should be messaged to kds… the changelog is nice for back checking tho.
