Cora well when you are allowed to hit the same kingdom day after day till they are out of range it creates this issue. Perhaps a net that doesn't allow a player to hit the same kingdom two days in a row or within 36 hrs of the first hit? You don't want to restrict attackers to much CLI has already done that job. It's like a log jam and everyone is looking for any target available to hit so if you're out of pro you're going to get hit eventually. Even if it's a two on one or more till your broken. @Lord Thane E20 would be a great spot. He would have Keeper and Trupheus there.

Zown no im not unless you get in my range and im looking for a nice soft target. But i would get @Lord Thane to move you to e20. They will help you with any question you have. Also dont let it get to you. We all get frustrated even i have wanted to walk away but did not as i straightened up and knew the game is like a yoyo ups and downs over and over. K4 who was T4 was on top them flushed and back again. K19 has had some ups and downs as a prov aswell.

Strongly disagree that there should be any limits on how often you can hit someone. That's what protection is for, and there are many tools available to avoid that from happening or to limit the losses. Argue giving more protection for people being attacked sure, but limiting how often you can hit someone just shrinks an already small group of targets even smaller.

E20 is essentially every elf for themself. Theres not really a strong organized elf prov. The closest would have been E13 but all but one have bailed one elf.

skigglez that is not what protection is for. Protection is to give you some time to retrain your army, but it should not be just a short break from the Same players attacking you over and over.

@Everyone Please read my first comment on this thread again! Do we really want this game to die? I love this game. It has been so great to play again and especially with the new devs and changes being made. I would really hate to see players fade away from playing or the game just not make it because the player base is too toxic for it to grow.

skigglez I was just giving a response to Cora's "Toxic thardferr keep driving knew players away." post. I didn't say it was a good one. I mean if feeding off of one kingdom 1 minute and 6 seconds after the 24 hr tick everyday consecutively is what's driving new players away why not think of ideas to try and lessen that problem? I throw things out there and people either modify it or come up with their own ideas from it kicking them into think tank mode. What's your solution for this issue?

And how do you prevent someone from being attacked too many times by the same person/group? How do you determine what's fair? You can't nerf the entire game because people's feelings get hurt - if you're getting destroyed over and over again by the same guy change your tactics or eventually he will outgrow you.

I'm not offering a solution because it's not a problem that requires fixing. If you get hit one minute after the tick how is that different than 10 minutes after the tick? Should we do a poll and ask people when the appropriate minute is that you can attack someone? If you're consistently an easy target then change things up to make yourself a less desirable target. It's a strategy game - too many people just keep doing the same thing over and over and wonder why they keep losing.

skigglez it isn’t about getting feelings hurt. Don’t you remember? I remember in the beginning of the round when this happened to you. Thankfully, you had friends and you stuck it out. It’s about being a solo player in a random prov getting constantly ganged up on. I don’t think you are seeing the big picture.

what happened to me earlier in the round was getting EQ'd for 3k buildings in a 24 hour window (which fixes were implemented to address) - not sure that's comparable to being attacked by someone too many times. I was an advocate for CLI, but after it's implementation i did not go on the forums to complain about getting attacked.

skigglez if you remember, I was part of supporting getting those fixes in place. As for being comparable, why isn’t it? You were getting EQ’d multiple times in a row by the same person. It was a magical attack and you lost buildings and KS. And if you read his post, he isn’t asking for changes, he is just asking for someone to fight alongside him. I’m the one saying that something needs to change or the game isn’t going to last. And I don’t mean to make game changes, I mean the players need to really reflect on this issue and take note before it’s too late.
