ok the rumors are true i did use the glass cannon on a provmate ACCIDENTLY (but im old most likely the oldest one in the game, so i am sticking with that excuse) so make sure you click the right Bonus and kingdom because it will attack inside of your province and give a rental we didnt try the retail because my province has a great sense of humor we laughed but i still felt horrible about it i did pay for the building. So if you dont like someone in your province and want them out you can give them an ultimatum to leave or get blasted and if this happens to someone else and it lets you bypass the no inner provincial attacking to take your rental let us know
