So Singamore and myself just did some testing, and the magic system is borked beyond all belief.
Me: 1.72 schools per land, magical instruments tech done, elf 33 land.
Singamore 1.9 schools per land, magical instruments tech done, 200 rested wiz and 2500 resting. Elf 53 land.
Here are the results:

On September 6, 2025 at 19:31:38:
Your Wizards successfully cast Earthquake, destroying 31 of SINGAMORE's buildings.
On September 6, 2025 at 19:30:26:
Your Wizards successfully cast Earthquake, destroying 39 of SINGAMORE's buildings.
There is no magic defence. Each of these was cast with 66 wiz.
The threshold system either isn't working, or needs to be hella adjusted. The fact that I was able to EQ him so many times with minimum wiz/land is silly.
