We are here to hunt bugs not be on top. The Thardferr gods are generous with honest reports of glitches and bugs so that one day we can play a round without worry. You're welcome for my science.

Brozee Man you are butt hurt about this.
I was in second place and went down to 40th because of the bug.
The troops they gave me seem to make up for what I would be at if I didnt lose everything to a bug.

I Intend to use the troops as they should and will be dropping in KS soon.
Why not bitch about my target that lost 178 knights and is in 1st place because of it.
And whats your KD? I am wondering how close to the top you are to be crying about placement.

Players seem to not understand what a beta test means. I've been giving people troops and resource and letting them keep ill-gotten gains (wasting my time attacking my test kingdoms) this whole round. People have gotten their entire kingdoms zeroed out ni various bugs and we prop them back up with craploads of resources. The point of this is to keep players moving forward, casting spells, making attacks, researching techs, attacking inter-race with various strategies set or spells active - etc etc etc.

If anyone wants 10k of each troop to run a test or restock their pile of troops for more battles after they got bugged out - sure fine, I'll hop in and dump the troops, I need people actively making new tests and finding bugs - not sitting around waiting for their population to grow so they can make new troops and make new battle test scenarios 24 hours from now.

This phase of test round is ending in a few days and we will be resetting the server. I don't have time to waste on too much stuff when there's major battle bugs present that just got discovered and we're fixing, and I still have unit weighted damage allocation to develop. I'd really like to get that deployed so we can have at least a day or two of battles before we reset the server and start the last test round that's only going to last a few weeks and is meant to be a "balancing" round where we can all talk about fine tuning game balance - before we run the first real round.

those that speak of KHOF being meaningless are those who have never been. Even in a test round it has value and should at least mean something. you can't tell me Jules who was #1 for a long time did it by farming and also didn't get wiped out due to a few bugs. it still takes strategy and politics to get up there and aside from the test kingdoms should mean something otherwise you will lose more of the pitiful few people that are still around and willing to play this game.
sure give them some troops but don't make them higher than anyone out there that persevered through the bugs instead of quitting after losing then restarting just to get free stuff to the top.
you do this now right before "the end" its not about testing its about giving them a better participation trophy than anyone else. I'm not even top 5 and planned on throwing my army at whoever was #1 just out of spite but if it means nothing what's the point because its not for "science" as you could have just gave us all free troop buttons if you wanted that so we could have tried different armies instead of just whatever we can build the fastest.
