Pretty fair losses, both sides lost a good chunk of troops, pretty balanced. Guessing this was an overwhelming force against the smaller one? It was a costly attack, for sure. Don't think attackers will want to be paying that much for little bits of land.

For me, I'll probably not risk hitting below 10-15%. Idk, I'm still shooting blindly so it's extra risky for me sending out random attacks.

Really need to get the spell economy setup in the market, it would be badass to be able to buy a truesight scroll 😁

although i dont agree with bottomfeeding i dont think this is the best solution. there should be no penalty for attacking anyone withing 50% less your ks. HOWEVER, and ive said this before, i do think there should be a "moral" indicator that affects and is affected by battle loss/win vs all kingdoms. something different from BAS

Wild Dogs I put something like that in my poll, an idea about creating a Fame/Honor type deal. Could be a lot of fun.

They have something like that in a competitor game, and as you go up the rungs you reach thresholds that raise your rank, "Knight", "viscount", "count", etc. Kind of a fun thing.

TheKeeper didnt you get a bonus to something in cta with the honour system? i remember it being abused by suiciding kingdoms dropping high kingdoms and tanking their honor when they finally got broke

Although I don’t agree with this, I know nobody will listen to me. This doesn’t work.

Can we at least disable this on retals? If a smaller kd suicides on you then you don’t really have a chance to take a proper retal like this.

Not holding hope though. Won’t be done unless jets trupheus or Adin suggest it.

A much easier solution is making BAS more powerful. BF decrease BAS unless on retal. GB no longer increases BAS or only increases it by 1 per cast. But again, I know there’s no point suggesting unless my name is Adin jets or trupheus.

saadht I've read and considered all your suggestions, so that's not fair. If you go against the majority, can't really help since we're trying to build a game that appeals to everyone, not just 1 person.

I made a poll about this and you didn't even vote or voice your opinion there, only complain after the fact, so idk... This is anti bottom feeder measure, should make everyone happy. It was the most popular voted item with 12 votes. At least give it a chance to see if it helps improve the game.

So, it is only showing how many people think it is good idea, but not the number of people think it is a bad idea.

saadht it's been up for a few days. But I can understand your frustrations. I think that the best part of the current game state is that it will be ever evolving until the right balance is found community wide. Some ideas will not last some may not. It does take time to determine the overall impact of small decisions... example would be just having the AI battle reports, it has not been come a preference, to appease the masses not just the one or two.

What a time to be apart of the Thardferr family! Our inputs do matter, but we must maintain an open mind. Sometimes it not exactly what we are saying but how we say it.

I agree with the concept of discouraging bottom feeding, while this is welcomed.
I would add that it still leaves a gap for suicide attacks and the use of mutils to catch kindgdoms off guard and destroy gameplay enjoyment.

If I may my suggestions to enhance the changes made:

Attacked blocked for anyone uplifting 150% ks strength.
Attacks blocked for anyone down hitting for less than 50% ks strength.
Retails are exempt and there is no reduction of damaged incurred. (You should always be able to retaliate back without repercussions)

Hope this is considered. As multis was always the downside of this game, and this might encourage people to go down that route unless it becomes obsolete.

In this note (eliminate any point of multis), I would add:

Sending aid is limited to province players. (With market in place this now should be sufficient, so peope can't use multis to feed main kingdom).
This is probably a debatable one. But think would make the gameplay better without so much politics. Pre Retaliation rights would only be attained by an attack made from the same province kingdoms. Again this would eliminate any purpose of multis and encourage province cooperation without creating an imbalance in too many provinces becoming part of aliances and making more of a province game rather than political).

Konkistador sending aid outside your province shouldn’t be restricted. What about elves who sell casting spells? How would they get paid? I know the devs are putting it into the market, but even then you should be able to set up a contract with whoever you want and receive payment from them.
