Looks like we're able to cast while in protection. Unsure if that was supposed to work or not

you could just usually it wasn't that good outside of being elf and running a 1-2:1 school to cast on urselfand others. Also getting the protection from big gnomes (strongest early game imo) and others who have large armies and want a caster.

TheGodlyGenius The old strategy was to disband all troops and wizards, then starve them to get your wood/iron/gold up. It just wasnt worth it for the blessings early on and GC was not needed at all.
You could always cast on yourself, just not others in initial Protection.

With that said, I am always looking for blessings/GC's πŸ™‚

Blessing Over 5:1 wizz per my land and 1:1 Schools failed on gnome today πŸ™

FYI Blessing was 30%, GB was 10% I saw some where that we made blessing 10% that’s not what it once was.

Xliest GC should be 15% now that my population is a buncha fatties

Jets I actually don't recall what Growing crop or fertile land or whatever its called gave. I imagine that 15% is a good number.

So is anyone able to cast on someone in protection? I wouldn't mind getting a blessing and Growing crops.

Blessing need adjustment as the 10% almost doesn't make it worth casting.
GC is very big benefit clearing see the value in it.

Can we move Blessing up to 30% or even 25%. I am 90% sure it use to be 30%

what's the ratio by the way to ensure successful spell casting?

It depends on the spell chapter four in the game guide explains more about spells I’m pretty sure they added some factor of randomness but I would go for at least 15 wizards per acre. Heh

i remember as elf i would do 3:1 for bless/GC with 1:1 school/acre. Gbless i think was like 8-10:1? obviously this adjusts when techs/more schools etc come into play
