Mack10 that's not true, there's anti bottom feeding rules in place to help all smaller kingdoms, there's the 50-99% ks penalty to help equalize forces between large/small, and no cli for hitting under 70%. A failed attack can get pre-re, and for a defender if they get hit they have every advantage to retal - giving reason for attackers to be more strategic in their attacks rather than mindlessly full send every time.
Your take on the game mechanics is narrow and I guess willfully ignoring all the complexities to suit whatever difficulty you're personally facing, or personal agenda to fit a toxic gameplay preference of mindlessly running pre-re/castle-pass all round with no care for strategy.
If all you can think of is negative ways to play the game, and all you want to do is drive players away from it, then maybe you're actually part of the problem.
