FriendsInSpace Keeper checked the magic and said it was good, and I put some incremental changes. Theres s right way to petition for further change and a wrong way. He could have cast 1 time and then said "see, I made 7:1 schools and 27k wizards and I can cast this 10 times, we need to make some changes".
But instead, he put on a stunt and became disruptive to the game. Hence, his kingdom was punished.
We aren't going to encourage people to disrupt the game to get a change. I guess we really do have to put a game rule "don't be a douche".
