I would say go for it if you want. People have made spreadsheets with calcs built in for +30 years lol

I made one a couple months ago, but it needs more work, might be updated/released some day.

I have a full game simulation that I created in a small Next.js app. I obviously don't have the Krabby Patty Secret Formula, so the numbers are just slightly off, but it seems to work one for one. The only thing I can't quite replicate is the pikeman damage to mounted units. The one in the actual game doesn't seem to be working correctly, so there is just a slight difference there. I got everything else relevant to the battle replicated to pretty high accuracy.

If you don't want it public, let me know, and I can keep it private if you guys want to preserve the mystique of the game. I slapped it together this weekend, and only stuff relevant to the battle is hooked up. I'm sure there are bugs, and I don't have all the data like I said before, so there will be some inaccuracies.

The working branch is the only one working with the battle simulation. It just has an issue with guard houses. The main has working guard houses, but a wrong battle simulation.

Yeah, I can do that when I get more of the bugs out. I work full time, but I hope to fix most of the small bugs by this weekend, and I'll see if I can use JavaScript's new .exe feature for this app. This app will never be perfect. I had to guess on a lot of things, but as long as it's somewhat accurate, I think it's usable. I need more time than a weekend to turn it into an app. Maybe this weekend.

Idk why I didn't think a NextJS app would have people want to deploy it... But I resolved all the deployment errors, so you can fork and deploy your own.

Dang, I tried to make a public vercel page but it fails to build. I will try again after you get a chance to work out some bugs. Looks really interesting 👍

Lord Thane I guess that is a good point I can just host it on vercel so people can look at it without messing with GitHub. I have class today after work but I'll see if I can get something hosted tonight. It'll be safer than having an exe floating around too.

Zown wow that's much more detailed than the battle calc I worked on lol. Any plans to make a importer for pasting TS results in to auto fill? It looks really good, can't wait to see some user reports of how it goes in the field 🙂

Zown I really like this a lot!! It’s very detailed. Takes some practice figuring it out, but looks great! Wish I would have seen your reply before my botched hit 😅 could have saved me some units 🤣

I actually have never seen a TS result. I have only played for about 2 weeks. I played when I was younger, when the game was out last time, but that was a long time ago, and I don't think I ever used it then either. I am probably going to get rid of that bottom "Enemy Counter Optimizer" and replace it with common Excel spreadsheet kind of stuff.

I know how you feel. I still have no idea how all this works. I can't tell you how many times I thought it was doing calculations wrong just to find out I didn't fully understand what was going on. Lord Thane I got the TS import you guys asked for. I didn't realize vercel rate limited deployments so I gotta wait to push my recent changes.

trupheus I would like to do magic but I have no idea how it works. I only just now tried to start casting blessings and I haven't gotten one to work yet. I'm not sure how far I'll take it, I really just wanted it to do all the stuff my excel sheet can do but in an easier way and to see more data. I will try to add more of the data stuff but I am getting close to what I and the AI I'm working with can understand. Thardferr is oddly complex with all of its interactions
