Enphetamy What if:
In a world where Retals give Retals,
If you gained (a) castle(s) in the previous X (24?) ticks on an attack that did not result in CLI (aka you attacked below 70%), then
Your NEXT castle loss within the next Y (24?) ticks will not result in protection, unless that loss was to someone with retal rights (this last part might be easily abused with the introduction of a 3rd party having artificial retals.)
This would deter the bottomfeeding retal into castle passing since it no longer behooves you to do it. It would only be on a 2nd hit (from a non-retaler) that you would get loss protection from, but at this point you're at a castle deficit (unless you're cool with sacking your own kingdom to give 2 sets of castles I suppose...)
I can see how passing to 2 buddies (and eventually taking them back) would circumvent this...am I talking myself in circles? Or is there something possible here?
