Xliest Lord Thane there are other ways around certainly rebalancing units etc could help. But ya ranged being strong is no stranger to games like this. Most of them have gone to single phase combat because of this. I love that three phases exist but maybe there is a way to change how ranged units individually deal combat damage like maybe elf archers deal a litte more than 50% damage in range phase just an example #makeelfgreatforonce but there’s gotta be a solution that only some amount of units can die in the ranged phase based on “factors”
Jules Lord Thane Part of me wants to say it happened between round 3 and 4 but that's almost a guess. I just remember it being common knowledge. Range tech adds 50%, fudge factor nerfs 50%.
