King Haybol I think you all forgot there would be blood sacrifices involved in this. If my memory serves me, it will burn 50% of all resources, and the military will be completely zeroed, including any units in training queues.πππ
skigglez King Haybol that's not big enough of a penalty - has to be severe like all techs reset to zero, or not at all. You can fill your GH in a couple of days, but losing weeks or more of tech time would make the choice to race swap much more meaningful.
